SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Ambra Nera ships its luxurious range of products worldwide with a post tracking service.

Please allow 2-3 days for packages to be prepared before shipment. If you require express post we will do our best to have these packed within two days.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment arrives at the destination. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient (you) as we cannot predict or control these chargers.

*Please note that some perfumed liquids cannot be sent overseas, please contact us at ambraneraimports@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Please note items ”on backorder” please allow 1 month

Domestic shipping times are estimated between 3-5 days depending on location

International shipping times are estimated between 10-15 days depending on location

Express post for domestic times are estimated 1-3 days

International express post times are estimated 5-7 days (please note we can also organise faster shipping if needed)
