The Fico D’India fragrance takes its name from the eponymous cactus – blooming with vibrant orange florals, it grows wild across the Italian island of Sicily known for its juices of healing power. Fragranced with fresh fig and cedar, spritz the spicy scent over your evening attire, in your home or gift to the ones you love.

The difference between eau de toilette and eau de parfum is the percentage of essential oils (also called aromatic compounds) contained. Eau de Toilette contains 5-15% while Eau de Parfum usually contains more: 10-20%. For this reason, the Eau de Parfum lasts longer and releases a more intense scent.

How to use: Spritz as desired applying to pulse points.

Packaging: The packages are designed by Sue Townsend, founder of Ortigia Sicily. In fact, the exotic images and unique colours are all Sicilian. The boxes are handmade using silver foil and embossed lettering. The glass jars and bottles are decorated with evocative prints of leopards and palm trees.
